There are several different ways to order products from National Jeweler's Supplies: Online Phone Fax Online ordering is the most efficient way to order, as orders are processed immediately. No matter how you are ordering, instructions are listed below to guide you in your process. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will gladly help you with your order. Online Ordering Ordering with National Jeweler's Supplies is simple and easy. To order online, simply place the items you want in your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" buttons. When you are finished choosing products, check out by using the "CHECK OUT" icon in the top right corner of the screen. Phone Ordering To order by phone, print out the order form and fill out the required information. You can browse for products using the category list on the left, and you can search for products using the search controls on the left. If you cannot find a particular product or item, please call 1 888 NJS TOOL or send an email to store@nationaljewelerssupplies.com. A representative will be happy to help you. Once you have selected your products and finished filling out the ordering form, please call 1 888 NJS TOOL and a representative will take your phone order. Fax Ordering 1-781-396-1433 To order by fax, print out the order form and fill out the required information. Email Ordering NOTE: To order by email, you will need to have Microsoft Excel version 2000 or higher and the ability to send attachments with your email. To start, download the excel version of our ordering form here: NJS_order_form.pdf Browse and search for products using the menu on the left, and type in your ordering information into the Microsoft Excel Ordering Form. When you have completed your order, please send the excel spreadsheet as an email attachment to store@nationaljewelerssupplies.com. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, and we will send a confirmation email by mail as your order is processed. |
