With a motor- which goes to 15-500 RPM- the speed is adjustable by a switch on the AC adapter. The body of this handpiece is lightweight and only 1-1/8” in diameter making it comfortable to hold while working. Includes three diamond points: Small Point (DIB-275.05)- 45° Edger (DIB-275.50) and Large Diamond Reamer (DIB-275.55).
