Shipping
National Jeweler's Supplies offers USPS and UPS to all U.S. destinations. We reserve right to choose fastest, most secure, and most cost efficient shipping method for your order.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and shipments to foreign countries are usually shipped by USPS. Please e-mail us for non-US orders.

Delivery time is usually 2-6 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-3 business days for Express Shipping from the time your package leaves our warehouse.

Customers will be charged a fee of $15 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carriers. Customers will be charged a fee of $15, if the wrong address was supplied by customer. Current shipping charges are weight-based.

If you return any item(s) from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-U.S.A. Shipments
Please contact us by phone or e-mail to place an order if you are outside of the USA. We are able to accommodate most of our customers' needs.

All of non-USA orders (including Canada) have a minimum requirement of $300.00. We have two methods of payment: Wire Transfer or Western Union.

We reserve right not to accept orders outside of the USA.

Shipping is handled by TNT, FedX, or DHL. An additional $15.00 handling fee is charged for all APO orders.


Special Orders
Special Order items take longer than in-stock items to process and ship. We will provide you with an estimate of your special order's delivery time when you place your order. Note: Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice. We do our best to quote correct current rates. Special Orders are non-refundable.


Shipping Times
Most orders begin as soon as your online purchase is completed (for orders placed during our working hours) or next business day (for orders placed during weekends or holidays).
All orders received by phone or fax after 12:00 p.m. may not be processed until the following day.  All order received on Friday after 12:00 p.m. will not be processed until Monday.  All methods of shipping are dependent upon product availability.

Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is located in stock or manufactured.

After you have placed your order, most items are shipped within a 4 business day period.

For your protection, all orders may only be shipped to your billing address or a verifiable alternate address. If you wish to ship an order to an address other than your billing address, please notify your credit card company of this alternate address prior to placing your order.

For security reasons, all shipments over $100 require an authorized signature*. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address.

*Important note: If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

National Jeweler's Supplies accepts personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or certified bank checks denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have the customer's name and address imprinted on the check front, with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check. "Temporary" or counter checks are not acceptable. Please note, that you must use our MAIL/FAX ORDER FORM with your check/Money order payments.

Please Note:
If you pay by personal check, money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check, your order will be delayed since we must wait for receipt of the check and for the funds to clear before we can ship your merchandise. If you reside in the United States, paying by any of the above methods typically delays your order about 10-15 business days from the day we receive your check. Returned checks will be assessed a fee of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law.

Wire Transfer
National Jeweler's Supplies accepts direct wire transfers. Wire transfers allow for expedited treatment of your order by reducing the 15-day waiting period. To place your order via wire transfer, please e-mail us for instructions or call 1-888-NJS-TOOL.

Sales Tax
National Jeweler's Supplies is based in Massachusetts. State law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in The state of Massachusetts. Please note: Some states might require tax from internet purchases. National Jeweler's Supplies will not be responsible for collecting these taxes. Please check with your local area for tax regulations.

Refund Policy
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase as soon as possible upon our receipt of your returned product.

14 day money back guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from nationaljewelerssupplies.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges, subject to the time period specific to that product and according to our Return/Exchange Instructions below.

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes, and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and Unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and if applicable, the clear plastic wrapping has not been torn or removed. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit at your option. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited. The credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. No returns will be accepted without Return Authorization.

After the 14 day grace period, a return may be accepted at the discretion of National Jewelers Supplies; however, it will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Return/Exchange Instructions
You may return "new and unused" merchandise that has not been special ordered within 14 days of ship date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty as well as all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.

You must obtain a Return Authorization from National Jeweler's Supplies before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a Return Authorization. Contact us by e-mail (preferred method or by telephone at 1-888-NJS-TOOL) to obtain a Return Authorization.

For returning an item to National Jeweler's Supplies:
Contact us by calling 1-888-NJS-TOOL to obtain a Return Authorization. Your original order number must be included with your return and written the on outside of the package. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork you received with your order (if any).
Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address given to you with return authorization.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at 1-888-NJS-TOOL. On a case by case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $10.00 upon our receipt of the defective or miss-delivered item.

If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact us immediately at 1-888-NJS-TOOL. Please have your order number available when you contact us.

Repairs
While the incidence of defects in new items is extremely low, there may be occasions in which repair work becomes necessary (while the product is still under warranty). In most cases, any warranty repair work will be handled directly by the manufacturer.

Warranty Service Instructions:
YOU MUST RECEIVE WARRANTY SERVICE AUTHORIZATION BY CONTACTING US BY PHONE OR E-MAIL PRIOR TO SHIPPING ITEMS. ITEMS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR SERVICE.

When sending in your item for warranty service, please include the following:
Your name
Original invoice number
Detailed description of the problem
Your return address, phone number, and e-mail address

We will be happy to assist you in obtaining this warranty service but disclaim any responsibility for a manufacturer not performing as per their warranty.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery.
We do not make our customer list available to other companies.
We do not share any information with outside parties.
